Dear Northgate Family,

I hope this message finds you well.

Over the past year, the Northgate Athletic Center has become an invaluable resource for our community. Since October 2023, we’ve welcomed approximately 500 visitors, including 45 recurring schedulers and 53 one-time users. One of the standout features has been our batting cages, heavily utilized by the High School Baseball team and several community groups, as well as individual athletes.

Additionally, we’re seeing a significant increase in the use of the gym by youth basketball teams, especially younger girls’ teams. To better support them, we need to invest in appropriately sized basketballs and other new equipment to foster their development.

We remain committed to keeping the Athletic Center accessible and affordable, ensuring it continues to serve as both a ministry and a hub for community activities. To sustain and enhance this mission, we need your help. Recently, we invested in plywood for wall protection, reducing the time spent on repairs and allowing us to focus on creating a better environment. Now, we need to further equip the facility by acquiring new and replacement items for baseball and basketball.
